SE Colorado Tree Boards

Tree Boards play a critical role in the management of our "community" forests. Cities and towns have trees that require management by people knowledgeable in tree care and who have an understanding of the important roles that trees fill in our communities. Volunteering as a tree board member can be exciting and rewarding! If you would like to volunteer for a tree board in Southeastern Colorado, or would like to begin the process of establishing a tree board within your community, please contact Shelly at the Colorado State Forest Service District Office in La Junta at (719) 384-9087.
