Welcome to the online form for submitting information for a project one-pager! Please complete the sections below. A staff member from Communications and Communities will email you the draft one-pager once it is ready for review, edits and approval.

Please allow about a week for C&C staff to contact you with a draft. Note that depending on the number of reviews and revisions required, it may take a few weeks to produce a final version of your one-pager.
