| Company Profile | We are an active participant in the Colorado State Forest Services' forest management plan. Our goal is to mitigate fire danger, promote new growth in the forest and improve the habitat for wildlife through active harvesting of standing dead aspen and pine trees. As a result, we have produced a tremendous amount of firewood and wood chips. Of special interest to furniture makers and craftsmen is the aspen logs that have scars, scrapes and "character" from elk and deer on the property. Dried aspen logs burn hot and clean. This wood is especially convenient because most of the logs do not need to be split and are easy to carry. |
