| Company Profile | After years providing beetle-kill wood from our founding in Grand County Colo., GreenWay has recently moved to a new location on the North Frontage Rd. of the 6th Ave. Highway in Lakewood, just one-third mile west of the Sheridan exit. Our office and showroom area occupies 2400+ SF and we have an outdoor display area that is being built out to demonstrate our exterior products, as well as a warehouse and small wood shop. GreenWay offers a wide variety of remodeling and lumber products manufactured from both lodgepole pine and ponderosa pine beetle-killed timber, as well as Colorado aspen, Colorado white pine and Colorado spruce. We can provide profiles in hundreds of patterns and thicknesses, from beadboards to decking and everything in between. * Kiln-dried and air-dried lumber * Pre-finishing is available in clear coats, stains or paints * Installation services available * Most products can be produced with a variety of textures: smooth-planed, hand-hewn, skip-planed circular-sawn, wire-brushed, band-sawn and rougherhead * Flooring - three quality levels from our mill-run cabin grade to our flooring dealer-quality products dried down to 6% Note: Uneven moisture levels in planks will generally result in uneven width shrinkage AFTER milling to specifications.
