Funding is available from the State of Colorado to raise awareness and help Colorado residents Live Wildfire Ready! The Colorado State Forest Service offers the Wildfire Mitigation Outreach grant program to local governments, tribal agencies and programs, and nonprofit organizations to support outreach to residents who live in areas with high risk of wildfire. The Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control offers the Colorado Wildfire Resilient Homes grant program to Colorado residents to help them prepare their home for wildfire.
