BOULDER, Colo. – This week, the Colorado State Forest Service is partnering with Boulder County and the City of Boulder to place more than 65 traps targeting the tree-killing emerald ash borer (EAB).
BOULDER, Colo. – Douglas-fir trees located in pocket areas along the Front Range, including Boulder, Douglas and Jefferson counties, are currently experiencing defoliation from the Douglas-fir tussock moth.
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Adapted to thrive on Colorado’s Eastern Plains, in mountain valleys and along riparian areas throughout the state, cottonwoods represent the largest native broadleaf trees in the state, and the most pervasive deciduous trees found at lower elevations.
