Seedling Pick Up Scheduling

 

Due to ongoing construction of the CSFS Nursery facility, all seedling pickups must be scheduled in advance using this online form to ensure a coordinated and efficient handoff of your preordered seedlings. Once you’ve submitted your response, if you need to make changes to your scheduled pickup time, please contact us at [email protected]. Kindly schedule your pickup at least five business days (1 week) in advance of your intended arrival to ensure our staff are able to have your order prepared upon arrival. 

Pickups will still occur at the CSFS Offices located at 3843 W. LaPorte Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80521. However, due to the nursery closure during construction, the specific pickup location has been relocated nearby HERE. Please refer to the attached map for further details. Upon arrival there will be signs located directing you to the proper pick-up location.

For retail orders please ensure that you’ve paid for your order in advance of your scheduled pick-up date. You can pay online using you invoice here (this is our preferred payment method). Nursery staff are unable to take electronic payment or make order amendments in person. 

If staff are not present at the time of your arrival, please call Cameron Taylor, Nursery Program Specialist, at 970-295-9070, and we will assist you as soon as possible
