Seedling Nursery Inventory
The Nursery will NOT accept new orders for Spring 2023.
The Colorado State Forest Service (CSFS) Seedling Tree Nursery is taking critical steps to improve facilities, expand staffing and increase production of quality seedlings. These improvements are essential as the Nursery has experienced significant staff shortages and failing infrastructure, and this focus on updates will unfortunately require short-term reductions in production at the facility. All existing orders and contracts for Spring 2023 will be fulfilled, but no new orders will be accepted at this time.

Coding is as follows
- BR: Bare root – 25 plants for $35
- ST: Small Tube – 10 cubic inch – 30 plants for $93
- LT: Large Tube – 16 cubic inch – 30 plants for $110
- XLP: Extra Large Pot – 1 gallon – Sold individually for $17/plant
- 40ci: 40 cubic inch, deep tube – Sold in lots of 20 plants for $110
- 60ci: 60 cubic inch, deep tube – Sold in lots of 20 plants for $140
Notes
Below is a brief description of various notations used in the table below.
- Not available: these items remain in our production plan, and we intend to grow them each year, but for one reason or another, the crop is not yet ready to be sold
- Estimated QTY or Estimated Sold Out: items marked this way reflect estimated numbers – there is a chance that additional inventory for this item may become available later in the season, once full inventory can be taken
- If the quantity, or the words Sold Out appear with no indication of estimate, then these are final numbers, and no additional increase to this number is expected this year
