Seedling Pickup Schedule Form

Please use the form on this page to schedule a time to pick up your seedlings.

Schedule a pickup time at least 5 business days in advance, unless you have already arranged a time on your original order form.
Pick up your seedlings on your scheduled date, as they are removed from cold storage the day of pickup to prevent premature break in dormancy.

The CSFS Nursery is temporarily closed to the public during construction. Pick up your seedlings HERE on the CSFS campus. Upon arrival, follow signage labeled “CSFS Nursery Seedling Pickup” directing you to the appropriate location.

Payment: For retail orders, payment must be completed prior to your pickup date. Pay online using our Payment Portal.

Nursery staff are unable to process electronic payments or make order changes in person.

Due to ongoing construction of our new nursery facility, all seedling pickups must be scheduled in advance using this online form (if not already indicated on your original order form). This ensures a coordinated and efficient handoff of your preordered seedlings.

Please schedule your seedling pickup for at least five business days (one week) prior to your intended arrival so staff can prepare your order. It is imperative that you pick up your seedlings on your scheduled date, as they are removed from cold storage the day of pickup to prevent premature break in dormancy.

Pickups will still occur at the Colorado State Forest Service, 3843 W. LaPorte Ave., Fort Collins, CO 80521. However, due to the nursery’s temporary closure to the public during construction, the specific pickup location has been relocated nearby HERE. Upon arrival, please follow signage labeled “CSFS Nursery Seedling Pickup” directing you to the appropriate location.

For retail orders, payment must be completed prior to your scheduled pickup date. You may pay online using the information provided on your invoice (our preferred payment method) at our Payment Portal. Nursery staff are unable to process electronic payments or make order changes in person.
