Seedling Shipment Form

Please use this form to schedule a preferred shipment date for your seedlings.

Schedule a shipment date at least 5 business days in advance, unless you have already provided a date on your original order form
Shipments occur Mondays beginning April 13.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Tracking information can be provided upon request.

Payment: For retail orders, payment must be completed prior to your shipment date. Pay online using our Payment Portal.

Please use this form to indicate your preferred shipment date for your CSFS seedlings (if not already specified on your original order form). Shipments will occur on Mondays beginning April 13 and must be scheduled at least five business days (one week) in advance.

Payment for retail orders must be completed prior to shipment. Unpaid orders will not be shipped. You may submit payment online (our preferred payment method) using the information provided on your invoice through our Payment Portal.
